Styles and musical influences
Start with a style, progression, or influence
Choose from more than 250 styles, build a reusable custom style, or upload an audio or MIDI influence. A chord progression can become the basis for one or more tracks, giving a cue a more deliberate musical shape than a text-only brief.
AIVA's terms grant it a perpetual, worldwide license to train its AI systems on uploaded influences. Use only material you have the right to license on those terms.
Piano roll and layers
Shape the arrangement note by note
Edit a generated track or imported MIDI in the piano roll. Change notes, instruments, tempo, sections, and layers, then export MIDI for another music program or download audio for a book video or scene. AIVA also offers layer in-painting for imported MIDI.
